Switch and Data has two locations in Miami, both within the Miami Central Business District. We’re located at 1 NE First Street (the Metro Mall) and at 36 NE Second Street.
The Switch and Data 1 NE First Street data center is located in an eight-story concrete building, also known as the Metro Mall. At this location, we offer more than 15,000 square feet of colocation space with multiple connectivity options. Customers benefit from fiber diversity and access to roof rights with satellite space available.

The Switch and Data 36 NE Second Street data center offers colocation, interconnection and PAIX Internet exchange and peering services. This site offers more than 17,000 square feet of space, multiple connectivity options, and several layers of security including lobby security, real-time video surveillance with 24x7 monitoring, mantrap, card key access, alarm/key monitoring, and CCTV surveillance.
Built in 1925 as a BellSouth Central Office and completely renovated in 1999 as a state of the art telecommunications and data center facility, the building serves as Miami's core hub for communications providers and provides the ideal gateway location for Latin America and the Caribbean.
