Switch and Data has three locations in New York City including 111 Eighth Avenue, 60 Hudson and 65 Broadway. The Switch and Data 65 Broadway data center is located in a 21-story steel concrete encased frame building one block south of Wall Street, in the heart of New York’s Financial District. The site is located less than ½ mile from the 60 Hudson carrier hotel and approximately two miles from the 111 Eighth Avenue carrier hotel. The building was construction in 1917 and offers 15,000 square feet of colocation space and multiple connectivity options.
